This program focuses on building women’s capacity to become leaders and change-makers in their families, communities, and businesses. Through mentorship, skills development, and networking opportunities, women gain the confidence and tools they need to thrive socially and economically.

Key Focus Areas:

• Women in Business & Entrepreneurship Hub – Training in small business management, access to finance, and market linkages.

• Skills for Dada Program – Practical skills development (tailoring, agri-business, digital skills, crafts, hospitality, etc.).

• Gender Advocacy & Rights Campaigns – Creating awareness and addressing gender-based violence and harmful practices.

• Mentorship Circles – Pairing young women with role models and leaders for personal growth.
