 About Us – Empower Dada Initiative

The Empower Dada Initiative is a grassroots women-led movement dedicated to uplifting and transforming the lives of women and girls in Kenya. Rooted in the belief that when women rise, communities thrive, we work to create opportunities that foster economic empowerment, social inclusion, and leadership among women, particularly in rural and marginalized areas.

Founded with a vision to break cycles of poverty and inequality, Empower Dada Initiative brings women together to build their skills, confidence, and collective voice. We organize training, mentorship programs, and community dialogues that equip women with practical tools in entrepreneurship, leadership, financial literacy, and civic participation.

Our mission is to empower women to take charge of their future—to not only meet their immediate needs but also to contribute meaningfully to the sustainable development of their families and communities.
